How do I troubleshoot my projector?
Your projector is probably one of the most valuable pieces of technology in your classroom and when it's out of order, it can be hard to get back on track. Here are some troubleshooting steps for ensuring your projector keeps on projecting!

Ensure your projector is on the proper input.
Many of the projectors we support have multiple devices connected to them. Look for the source search button on the projector to cycle between them.

Restarting everything can resolve plenty of annoyances with your projector. To do so, look for the power cables that run to the projector, Apple TV and DVD player. Make sure you keep them unplugged for 10-15 seconds before your power everything back up. Chromecasts are powered by your projector. Unplugging your projector will also power cycle any connected Chromecasts.
