How do I submit a Device Damage Form?
In busy classrooms, things sometimes get dropped, things get spilled, things break - accidents happen! We want to minimize your classroom's downtime with technology, so we've created a form to help you alert us of any damaged devices. This way, we can determine the quickest way to get your devices up and running.
When to submit a Device Damage Form
- When a device has been broken or damaged and is no longer functioning effectively.
- If a device clearly needs repair or is not behaving as expected (i.e. device is frozen, not starting up, no power, no wifi connectivity, etc).
- If the Chrome OS on a Chromebook is displaying an error message upon startup.
