How to shutdown your Chromebook
When your Chromebook isn’t working the way it should, chances are it may need a restart. It’s a great way to begin troubleshooting for any issue, whether it be trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, unresponsive Chrome extensions, or even issues mirroring to your Chromecast.
How do I shutdown my Chromebook?
From the homepage, click on the time on the bottom right of the display.
Navigate and click the Shut down icon.
- The computer is completely shut down once the display turns black and keyboards LEDs are off.
How do I turn my Chromebook back on?
Press the power button on the keyboard and the computer should start back up again.
