How do I fix Wifi issues on my iPad or iPhone?
It can be frustrating when your iPhone or iPad won’t connect to Wifi properly, as so many functions require an internet connection. Here are some steps you can take to get your iOS device connected again.
iOS device Wifi troubleshooting:
- Tap Settings > Wifi and make sure that Wifi is on. Tap the name of your Wifi network to join. A blue checkmark beside a network name means that you're connected. If Wifi is greyed out or dim on your iPad, please submit a support request.
- Turn Wifi off and on again by going to Settings > Wifi, and toggle Wifi switch off, and back on again.
- If you’re still unable to connect, try forcing the apps you’re using on your iOS device to close.
- Restart your iOS device.
